What makes Moniker Art Fair unique?
Since 2010, Moniker Art Fair has earned a reputation as one of the most exciting contemporary art fairs with it’s roots embedded in urban culture. Now in its 8th year, Moniker Art Fair aims to spotlight emerging and established talent from a burgeoning and increasingly diverse contemporary art movement forged by its subversive and innovative spirit.
What are the various sections at Moniker Art Fair?
• Main Exhibitors: Exhibitors in the main section are commercial galleries of any age, representing an international programme of artists.
• Young Galleries: The Young Galleries programme is a section dedicated to galleries or projects with less than two years in the business. It was offered to give exhibitors a chance to enter the market and be showcased alongside the established international exhibitors at Moniker Art Fair.
• Open Studios: The Open Studios section showcases individual solo shows from selected artists. The spaces are transformed and customised by the artist to allow visitors an immersive experience and direct insight into their work and specific artistic techniques.
• MAF Installations: Each year, Moniker Art Fair curates the fair around a specific theme or concept. The artists showcased in the MAF Installations room are hand-selected to create site-specific artworks for the fair.
